The biggest exchange of cryptocurrency in South Korea Bithumb has conducted an external audit after a big hack last year
Bithumb suffered a loss of 14 billion Won or 13 million USD in the past two weeks in an event believed to be masterminded by insiders

Currently, Bithumb has used third parties to audit their finances, they ensure that customer funds remain safe because they are stored in cold storage
The hacker managed to steal 14 billion EOS tokens (EOS), a statement arguing that all funds left in the hot wallet were transferred to cold storage
the statement reads "We have stated that we will carry out fair and objective due diligence on all assets that we have through a reliable external audit," the statement continued:
